Transaction Counsel Services

We sit with the client from term sheet to closing and take responsibility for the legal spine of the deal. Purchase agreements, contribution agreements, escrow arrangements and closing binders are prepared with the same discipline, and each obligation is tested against the commercial intent recorded at the outset.
